Millennials (born approximately between 1980 and 2000) are said to be different from previous generations. Among other things, they have greater social consciousness, a higher interest in work-life balance, and better developed social media skills. Organizations must adapt to this new generation, in the ways they market their products and services and the ways they relate to their employees. In this program, Alec Levenson (author of What Millennials Want from Work) will report on the findings of global research on more than 25,000 millennials and 29,000 older workers in 22 countries, and two experienced board member panelists will relate their companies’ experiences in engaging with millennials.
